As lifelong members of the Hamptons community, we have a strong sense of place here. Through Essenza di Gusto, we will create and share delicious, healthy meals that are inspired by the East End’s bounty.

"Chris & Rosemary catered a graduation party for us in early July.  The meal started with an amazing burrata from a small town in Italy and was accompanied by homemade focaccia.  Our next course was a homemade spaghetti with Chris's Nona's sauce.  He topped this off with an out-of-this world parmigiana cheese.  Our final course was a perfectly-cooked veal scallopini.  Our nephew, who had graduated from college, claimed, "On a scale from 1 to 10, this was a 100!!" In all, it was a memorable evening, and we would highly recommend Chris & Rosemary to others!"
